1. Scope
This policy describes how Pack Profit (“we”) handle personal information when you visit getpackprofit.com, join our Discord, subscribe via our payment provider (Whop), or (later) receive SMS.
2. Information we collect
Depending on what you use:

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (SSN, precise health data, etc.). Do not send them to us.
3. How we use information
- Provide alerts, digests, and account access
- Process payments and prevent fraud / chargebacks
- Send transactional messages (receipts, access, security)
- Send product updates only if you opted in
- Improve the product and monitor abuse
- Comply with law
4. Legal bases (if GDPR/UK GDPR applies)
Contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing email / SMS), and legal obligation where applicable.
5. Sharing
We may share data with:
- Processors: Discord, Whop or Stripe, email/contact provider (Resend), hosting (Vercel), analytics, SMS (e.g. Twilio), customer support tools
- Legal: if required by law or to protect rights/safety
- Business transfers: if we sell or merge the business
We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising cookies or “share” under CPRA definitions, we will disclose that and offer opt-out.
6. Retention
Keep account and checkout emails while your membership is active and for a reasonable period after; support emails for a reasonable period; billing records as required by tax/payment rules; Discord-related IDs while you are a member plus a short period after leave; support tickets for a reasonable period.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, secrets not in git, HTTPS on the public site). No method is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails via link or by emailing us
- Leave the Discord server / cancel subscription via the payment provider
- SMS: reply STOP / HELP per carrier rules when SMS is live
- Request access, correction, or deletion where required by law: privacy@getpackprofit.com
California / similar state rights (access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/share) will be honored as required.
9. Children
Not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where relevant). We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
11. Changes
We will post updates to this page and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be announced in Discord or email.
